Refund policy

Full refund on request within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. Write to darkmattersyndicate@gmail.com within 7 days of the date you bought the report and we’ll refund the full $34 you paid to your card. You don’t need to give a reason or fill in a form.

The 7 days start on the purchase date shown on your Stripe receipt.

If a report won’t open or something in it is wrong because of a fault on our side, we’ll fix it or refund you, whichever you prefer, at any time.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Stripe usually shows them on your statement within 5 to 10 business days.
