What we collect

When you check a deal or buy a report we store the property address (if you give one), the numbers you enter, a one-way scrambled form of your internet address used to stop abuse, and the time. If you buy, Stripe gives us your email address and whether the payment went through. Stripe handles your card; we never see the card number.

How we use it

To build your report, to send it again if you lose the link, to answer you, to stop abuse, and to understand which kinds of properties people are looking at. We don’t use your information to market properties or deals to you.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your information or use advertising trackers on this site.

Who else handles it

Stripe (payments), Render (hosting) and Supabase (our database).

Your choices

Ask us to see or delete what we hold about you by writing to darkmattersyndicate@gmail.com.
